If your summer vacation starts later or ends earlier than the Summer School, you can usually obtain a leave of absence from your principal to attend the Summer School. The respective ministries of culture are supporting attendance at educational programs during the summer holidays due to the Corona pandemic. We are happy to issue you a corresponding certificate of attendance. To do this, download the registration form from our website, fill it out completely, and send it back to us signed. Alternatively, you can also receive advice by phone and register directly via email. Please do not forget to attach a digital student photo. The Summer School 2025 will take place from July 27 to August 9. Arrival is on Sunday by 6:00 PM at the latest, and departure is on Saturday starting at 11:00 AM. As places are limited, we recommend early registration. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible, so we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance. The participation fee is €2,850 and includes lessons in small groups, daily study hours, accommodation, meals, and a varied recreational program. Additional costs may arise from elective courses in the afternoon (e.g., horseback riding, golf, fashion design) or private lessons. These offerings are optional and will be charged separately. Yes. If your child needs to be released early or returns later because of participation in the Summer School, we will issue an official certificate of attendance. This is usually recognized by school administrations. Particularly after the pandemic, many ministries of education support targeted summer learning programs. In case of illness, your child can see a doctor on-site if desired. Please provide relevant information regarding insurance and health status on the registration form. No refund of the course fee is provided in case of cancellation or exclusion. Therefore, travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Each child chooses a main activity and an alternative option. These programs are designed to align with the morning classes. Some courses, such as golf, tennis, or horseback riding, require additional costs. Please inquire in advance about available spots – selection is based on the order of registrations received.
