Currently, our approximately 170 students are taught by around 40 teachers in full-time and part-time positions. Additionally, there are 16 educational staff members working in the boarding school. The selection process is conducted personally by the school management and the sponsoring family – a great advantage, as we can choose our teachers ourselves. Currently, around 40 teachers and 16 educational staff support the 170 students in the boarding school daily – assisted by administration, kitchen, and technical staff. We are a family-owned business where nearly 90 employees take care of our students every day. Teacher trainees can begin at the Kurpfalz Boarding School after their internship. The boarding school offers optimal conditions for committed newcomers to the profession who are eager for teamwork, personal responsibility, and personal development. Many colleagues have been part of the team for years. Reasons for this include the high level of trust, individual support, a family atmosphere, regulated vacation times, and a clearly structured environment with reliable organization and support.
