Alpen Challenge 2025 – Tim impresses with third place.

Tim from class K0 has a passion that takes him far beyond the classroom: road cycling. Anyone who knows Tim knows how much he lives for this sport. For hours, he trains in the mountains of his Swiss homeland, seeks challenges, and grows from them. At the Alpine Challenge 2025, it became clear what he had invested all that time, effort, and dedication into.

Tim was the youngest participant in his race – and achieved third place in the Men’s U19 category. An extraordinary achievement that shows how much discipline, perseverance, and willpower he has.

The Alpine Challenge is one of the most challenging cycling races in the region. The Albula and Julier Passes are two of the most beautiful, yet also challenging, alpine passes, covering a total of 115 kilometers and an altitude difference of 2900 meters. The race is steep, long, exhausting, and requires mental strength. Anyone starting here must bring much more than just pure stamina. One needs courage, perseverance, and a deep trust in one’s own abilities.

Tim has shown all of this. He accepted the challenge, mastered the climbs, and fought focused until the finish line. His third place is not only a sporting success but also a strong example of what can arise when passion and willingness to put in effort come together.

Dear Tim, we are proud of you. You are a role model for what perseverance, willpower, and joy in one’s own journey can achieve. Made stark.
