A strong team in our kitchen – Florian Grünzinger and Sebastian Reber
Those who call the Kurpfalz boarding school home know: Good education also requires good food. And our two chefs Florian Grünzinger and Sebastian Reber ensure this day by day with passion, teamwork, and a big portion of heart.
Florian Grünzinger has been part of our boarding school team since 2002, and Sebastian Reber has been part of it since 2017. Together with their kitchen team, they provide us daily with fresh breakfast, delicious lunch and dinner, and of course the popular snack break. You consistently manage to bring variety and quality to the menu, from classics to favorite dishes.
Particularly popular are their Friday theme buffets, where the kitchen comes up with something new every time, as well as the festive menus that transform the dining room into a small restaurant about once a month. Whether it’s an Italian evening, Asian buffet, or Christmas dinner – taste, presentation, and atmosphere are always a highlight.
But Florian Grünzinger and Sebastian Reber are not only at the stove. They are also conversation partners, idea generators, and part of the large boarding school family. The exchange with them is characterized by warmth, respect, inspiration, and trust – exactly what defines our boarding school.
We are incredibly grateful that you have been strengthening our team so reliably, creatively, and with so much joy for so many years. Thank you for providing us every day with your skills, your passion, and your good mood.
