Information for day students

The Kurpfalz boarding school also accepts day and full-time students who live within a 10 km radius with their parents. Since the number of school places is limited due to small class sizes, an application process is conducted. We ask interested applicants to fill out the application form. At the beginning of June, we will contact you and, if necessary, arrange an interview.

The Kurpfalz boarding school recommends students from the surrounding area to attend the school as full-time students. The school day starts at 7:45 AM and ends according to the student’s preference. Full-time students can participate in all community activities, project offerings, homework support, and school and boarding meals.

The school and boarding fees are charged as an annual fee and can be paid in 12 monthly installments. The installment will be debited on the 1st of the following month. When paying monthly, a deposit equivalent to two monthly installments is required.

Our offer for full-day students: A discount of 2% is granted to full-day students for annual prepayment.

Please note that additional costs are not included in the school and boarding fees and will be billed separately through a student account.

The state of Baden-Württemberg requires private schools to charge no more than €160.00 per month as tuition fees for school attendance starting from August 1, 2018 (§§ 5 VV-PschG). This maximum amount applies exclusively to school attendance; fees for special and specialized services (full-day school/boarding school), which are not mandatory for the students and their parents, can be charged separately from the tuition fees.

Day students participate only in classes. Participation in projects, meals, and community activities is not possible.
