At the Kurpfalz Internat, students live and learn in a strong community that imparts knowledge, awakens talents, and fosters a sense of responsibility. Lifelong friendships are formed here, and children as well as adolescents grow together into self-confident individuals.
In small classes with a maximum of ten students, each child receives individualized and achievement-oriented support from a dedicated teaching staff. At the Kurpfalz boarding school, everyone can ask questions and everyone will be asked. Our teachers review, explain, and are patient. In the individual atmosphere of classes with a maximum of 10 students, everyone receives the attention they deserve. Thus, our boarding school near Heidelberg in the tri-border area of Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, and Rhineland-Palatinate offers ideal conditions for the academic success of our students.
High School and Secondary School
At Kurpfalz Internat, we operate a state-recognized gymnasium and a state-recognized secondary school as private schools with a total of only 170 students. This allows us to offer various educational paths that cater to each individual. It gives everyone the time they need to become successful. Although we are a small school, we provide a variety of options so that each student is empowered to find their individual learning path.

That our students can improve their performance compared to public schools is due to the effective teaching and focused work atmosphere in the small classes of our private schools. From experience, we know that many students have underachieved at their old school because they never learned how to study in an organized manner. Therefore, we focus on imparting a solid learning methodology at the Kurpfalz Boarding School. Method and skills training, along with daily supervised study times, provide our students with the necessary framework to solidify the content taught in class.
