Applicants should have the qualification for gymnasium/realschule teaching, set high standards for themselves and their own teaching, have clear ideas regarding pedagogical and instructional concepts, and be wholeheartedly committed to being a teacher. The scope of activities can still be determined individually.
In our private Kurpfalz boarding school in Bammental near Heidelberg, we teach in very small classes (maximum of 10 students), provide a pleasant atmosphere with a very friendly and dedicated teaching team, and ensure a building and technical equipment that is up to date.
The remuneration for employed teachers is based on the TV-L. Years of service at other schools can be credited.
Female applicants seeking to become civil servants in Baden-Württemberg can simultaneously apply through the list procedure of the state of Baden-Württemberg. If an employment contract is concluded with the Kurpfalz Internat, you will be appointed to a civil service position upon being granted a position in the list selection procedure and will simultaneously be granted leave from the Kurpfalz Internat. At the Kurpfalz Boarding School, you are completely equal to a tenured teacher in state service and simultaneously enjoy optimal teaching conditions.
The activity is not related to any supervisory duties in the boarding school.
