In the seventh round of the team games, the Grizzlies were able to extend their lead. In many games, they achieved first places and are currently ahead of the Falcons by about 800 points. There are still five more rounds until the end of the school year: everything is still possible.

It was a rather quiz-heavy evening that the four teams of the Kurpfalz boarding school had to tackle. However, physical strength was also required during the “Planking” and the sports games. Special highlights this time were the “Body-Surf Challenge,” the game “Hunters and Gatherers,” and the “River Crossing.”

The plank challenge turned out to be a crowd magnet. Here, the players had to “plank” for as long as possible. Alexander from the tenth grade managed nine minutes, securing a first place for the Panthers.

The soccer game was also exciting. There were “special” rules here:

Game Instructions:

Before the game starts, each team may draw a card. There are four roles:

– 3 x regular players (are allowed to move freely, pass, dribble, but cannot score goals)

– 1 defender (may only stay in their own half, may not score goals)

– 1 x goalkeeper (is not allowed to score goals, may touch the ball normally in the penalty area, is not allowed to enter the opponent’s half)

– 1 x top scorer (may only stay in the opponent’s half, only he is allowed to score goals)

The roles are shuffled after each game. Each team plays once against every other team. Game time is 5 minutes. Three points for each win, please also include the goals and goals conceded (goal difference).

At the end of the evening, the Grizzlies managed to reclaim first place. The Falcons came in second, followed by the Sharks and the Panthers. As always, there are still many points to be awarded and every team can still win.
