Team round 5: Grizzlies extend their lead
In the fifth round of the team games in the 2024/2025 school year, the Grizzlies were able to extend their lead. “Brennball” became the decisive game this time – until then, the Falcons and the Grizzlies were tied.
Due to the weather, the team games in the winter months are rather “quiz-heavy.” In the fifth round, the students of the Kurpfalz boarding school had to guess “wonderful animals,” make accurate estimations, and prove themselves in the “duel of the letter sums.” With a bit of luck, one could be ahead in the “vehicle curling” or catch the “table tennis ball” on their head. There was also intense competition in the “slalom on boards,” during the “cup challenge,” the “meteor ball,” and “burning ball.”
The outcome of the burning ball matches was ultimately decisive for the final standings: First place went narrowly to the Grizzlies, closely followed by the Falcons. The Sharks and the Panthers shared third place.
